Logistics platform security: roles, isolation and audit
How access is controlled, what is recorded, and what a leaked key can reach.
How access is controlled
- Every user signs in under a role, permissions are checked before an action runs, and each company account's data is kept apart at the database level.
- An admin-only audit log shows recorded changes, with who made each one, when, and the values before and after.
- Two-factor login with an authenticator app can be turned on for each user, and users can see their active sessions and sign any of them out.
- API keys carry scopes and rate limits, so a key that leaks cannot do everything.
- Webhook deliveries are signed with the subscription's secret, so a receiver can tell ours from anyone else's.
- The code and the data are yours, and the system runs on your own server, which we set up for you.
