Privacy policy for cargohold.microsiveglobal.com

What this site collects, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how to ask about your information.

Last updated October 2, 2026

1. Who we are

This website, cargohold.microsiveglobal.com, is run by Microsive Global LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. In this policy, “Microsive”, “we” and “us” mean Microsive Global LLC. We decide how and why the personal information you give us through this website is used.

2. What this policy covers

This site is a marketing website: pages you can read, two forms you can send, and a bot check on those forms. This policy covers that website only. Software we build for a customer runs on that customer’s own system and has its own agreement.

3. What we collect, and why

When you send the demo request or the sandbox request form, we collect your name, work email, company, the kind of operation you run and where you heard about us; optionally your phone number, role, the systems you use today, the modules you want priced and a message; and the time you gave consent. We keep them so we can reply to what you asked for.

Each submission passes Cloudflare's Turnstile widget, loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com on the demo, sandbox and pricing pages. Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser signals for that check; any cookie or stored data from it is under Cloudflare's domain and Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that step.

The server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security for 30 days, then deletes them. This site can run Google Analytics 4: it loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner and never before; it sets nothing if you decline; and if no measurement ID is configured no analytics runs at all. When it runs, it counts page views, the country and city derived from your IP address, your browser and device, and the page you arrived from. You can withdraw at any time from the cookies page.

4. How we use it

To answer what you sent, arrange the demo or sandbox you asked for, and keep the site secure. We do not use what you send here for advertising and we do not build a profile of you.

5. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it at any time (details in section 10). You can also refuse cookies in your browser; see the cookies page for what this site sets.

6. Who receives it

Your submission is saved on a server we control, and a copy is emailed through Resend, our email delivery provider, to our company inbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. The bot check is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. We do not sell anything from this site to anyone.

7. Selling, sharing and targeted advertising

We do not sell or share personal information from this site, we run no advertising pixels, and there is no cross-context behavioral advertising on these pages.

8. Where it is processed

Saved submissions are held on a server we control in the United States. The emailed copy is held by Google Workspace, and Resend handles delivery; both may process it outside your country.

9. How long we keep it

Every copy of a form submission is deleted 12 months after you send it: the saved record on our server, the copy in our inbox, and the logs our email provider keeps for the delivery. A daily job removes the saved records, and the inbox copy follows the same 12-month rule. If you ask us to delete your submission sooner, we delete every copy we hold.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address in section 11 and we will answer within the time the law allows.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision at hello@microsive.com with Appeal in the subject; we will respond within 45 days, and if we deny the appeal you may contact your state Attorney General.

11. Privacy contact

Email hello@microsive.com with anything about this policy or about information you have sent this site.

12. How we protect it

Pages are served over HTTPS, the forms run through the bot check, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. This site does not take payment details.

13. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

14. Visitors outside the United States

If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States where our email provider operates. By sending a form here you understand that.

15. Changes to this policy

We post any change on this page, with the date it was made. Read this page whenever you use the site.
