You pay for the system we build, you own it, and the bill does not grow with your trucks, clients or orders.
- The build is priced by scope
- You pay once for the system we build, and the price depends on how complex your operation is and which parts of the platform you need. We give you the number after the onboarding call, before any work starts.
- You own the code and the data
- There is no subscription and no license to renew. The system runs on your own server, which we set up in your name, so nobody can raise a per-seat price or hold your records.
- Free migration
- We migrate you free with any Cargohold build: if you run a WMS or any other software today, we move your data into your new system at no cost. We agree with you what moves where during onboarding.
- Support
- The first three months of fixes are included. After that, we train your IT team to run it, or we look after it for you with 24/7 support for a fixed monthly fee, quoted with the build.

We migrate you free with any Cargohold build: we move your data from your current system at no cost. If your current vendor makes exporting hard, we work with their support or build a workaround. Migration time is agreed at onboarding and comes on top of the build.

Three months of free support
Any fixes to the system we delivered are included for the first three months.

Questions
Why no per-truck or per-client pricing?
Because you own the system. Most logistics software charges more as you add trucks, clients, users or orders. Here the cost is the build, plus the maintenance plan if you choose it, and neither grows with your volume.
What does the monthly maintenance fee cover?
Keeping the system running: watching uptime, updating dependencies, applying fixes and answering your team around the clock. It is a fixed amount agreed with the build. It does not change with how many trucks or orders you run.
What if we need a new feature later?
Tell us what you need. We quote it as a separate build and add it to your system.
