Drayage
Drayage container tracking software with last free day clocks
Container records, a status timeline, and last free day and per diem clocks with a cost projection.
What it does
- Container records with check-digit validation, size and type, shipping line, vessel and voyage, and the terminal.
- A container status timeline from vessel ETA through discharge, availability, customs and freight holds, outgate, delivery and the empty return.
- Last free day, per diem and demurrage clocks that project the cost while the clock runs.
- Chassis tracking across pool, own and split chassis, with its own per diem clock.
- Terminal appointments kept on the container's timeline, booked with the terminal when that connection is set up for your operation.
- Pre-pull and yard storage decisions with the cost of each option side by side.
- Empty return tracking with the street turn option: the container moves to the next load instead of back to the terminal.
See the workflows
- 01Container timeline
The container lands, the timeline marks it available, a hold appears, and the outgate starts the clock you watch.
- 02Clocks and costs
The last free day counts down, the per diem clock shows the projected charge, and the exception carries the owner.
- 03Pre-pull decision
Pulling early and paying the yard, or waiting for the appointment, with both costs on the screen before you choose.
Works with the rest of the system
One record moves through every module, so nobody re-types it.

Questions
How do we know when the last free day is?
The container timeline records availability, and the clock counts the last free day and the per diem that follows, with the projected charge shown as it runs.
Can we track chassis charges too?
Yes. Pool, own and split chassis each carry their own record and their own per diem clock.
What happens to our containers?
Free migration: we review your data with you, agree what moves where, and move it into your new system at no cost. Migration time is agreed at onboarding and comes on top of the build. If your current vendor makes exporting hard, we work with their support or build a workaround.
Who owns the system?
You do. The code and the data are yours, and the system runs on your own server, which we set up for you. There are no per-truck, per-dispatch or per-client fees.
