Inventory

3PL inventory management software by client, lot and location

Balances per client, warehouse, location, lot and serial on an immutable ledger, with transfers, holds, kitting and the history behind every number.

Inventory balances by client and location with lot and expiry detail

What it does

  • Items per client with UPC or GTIN, dimensions, weight, units of measure and the pack hierarchy from each to case to pallet, with Ti and Hi.
  • Lot, expiry and serial tracking turned on per item.
  • Statuses that separate what can ship from what cannot: available, allocated, hold, damaged, quarantine and in transit.
  • An immutable ledger behind every balance, with each quantity traceable to the movement that produced it.
  • Balances across several warehouses and locations, rolled up or read per site.
  • Transfers between warehouses that carry the in-transit stock until the receiving side confirms.
  • Adjustments with a reason code, and approval required above the threshold you set.
  • Holds for quality, customs or a client request, each with a recorded release.
  • Kits built and broken apart, with the components and the kit posted to the ledger.
  • Replenishment on min and max levels or on demand, with suggested moves from reserve to pick.
  • Valuation by FIFO or weighted average for the stock you own.
  • ABC classification by velocity.
  • A serial trace showing where an item was received and where it shipped, and a lot recall listing every order that shipped it.
  • An expiry dashboard ordered first-expired first-out, with alerts on stock near its expiry date.

  1. 01
    Receiving to balance

A receipt posts to the ledger, the balance rises by location, and the client sees the new stock in its portal.

  2. 02
    Transfers and adjustments

Stock moves between buildings in transit, and an adjustment needs a reason code and, over the threshold, an approval.

  3. 03
    Trace a lot

Pick a lot and read every order that shipped it, with the receipt it came in on.

Questions

Can we hold stock without deleting it?

Yes. A hold keeps the quantity on the ledger with a reason and a recorded release.

What can we trace?

Serials from receipt to shipment, and a lot to every order that shipped it, which is what a recall takes.

What happens to our items and stock records?

Free migration: we review your data with you, agree what moves where, and move it into your new system at no cost. Migration time is agreed at onboarding and comes on top of the build. If your current vendor makes exporting hard, we work with their support or build a workaround.

Who owns the system?

You do. The code and the data are yours, and the system runs on your own server, which we set up for you. There are no per-truck, per-dispatch or per-client fees.
