Finance and claims
Freight billing and audit software from proof of delivery to payment
Invoices raised from the work that happened, carrier bills matched three ways, and claims tracked from filing to settlement.
What it does
- Accounts receivable invoicing raised from shipments on the proof of delivery rule, from a 3PL billing run, or by hand.
- An invoice PDF sent by email and published to the customer portal.
- Consolidated invoicing per customer on the schedule you choose, such as one invoice a week.
- Credit memos, rebills and disputes against an invoice, each on the record.
- Payments with partial payments and cash applied to invoices.
- Accounts receivable aging with a collections workflow on a dunning schedule.
- Accounts payable for carrier bills and vendor bills from warehouse partners and maintenance vendors.
- Freight audit as a three-way match of rate confirmation, invoice and proof of delivery, inside the tolerance rules you set.
- Carrier payment runs with quick pay and its fee, and factoring remit-to handling.
- Driver and owner-operator settlements with statements.
- Sales and agent commissions on margin or revenue, with splits.
- Profit and loss by shipment, customer, lane, rep, office, client or truck.
- An accounting export your accountant can import, plus a general ledger journal export.
- A period close that locks the dates once the month is agreed.
- A claim record for cargo loss, damage or shortage, opened from the customer portal or internally.
- Claim evidence with photos, proof of delivery notes and the bill of lading, a timeline, and the carrier notified.
- Filing, acknowledgement and resolution deadlines tracked in the Carmack style, with the recovery, settlement and write-off kept as separate events.
- Claims analytics by carrier, lane and commodity.
See the workflows
- 01Delivery to invoice
The proof of delivery arrives, the invoice is raised from the shipment or the billing run, and it is sent and published to the portal.
- 02Freight audit
The carrier invoice is matched against the rate confirmation and the proof of delivery, and anything outside tolerance waits for a decision.
- 03Claim to settlement
The claim opens with its evidence, the deadline clock runs, and the recovery and settlement post as separate events.
Works with the rest of the system
One record moves through every module, so nobody re-types it.

Questions
When is an invoice raised?
On the proof of delivery rule you set, from a 3PL billing run, or by hand, and the same invoice can be consolidated per customer on a schedule.
How does the freight audit decide?
Three ways: the rate confirmation, the carrier invoice and the proof of delivery, compared inside your tolerance rules, with the variance shown.
What happens to our invoices and claim history?
Free migration: we review your data with you, agree what moves where, and move it into your new system at no cost. Migration time is agreed at onboarding and comes on top of the build. If your current vendor makes exporting hard, we work with their support or build a workaround.
Who owns the system?
You do. The code and the data are yours, and the system runs on your own server, which we set up for you. There are no per-truck, per-dispatch or per-client fees.
