These terms govern your use of cargohold.microsiveglobal.com, run by Microsive Global LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. Using the site means you accept them.

2. The website is information, not an offer

The pages describe a product and how we work. Nothing on this website is an offer to build anything for you, and no sentence here forms a contract. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, including its scope, price and timeline.

3. Interactive samples

The demo and the sandbox show the product with sample data written for that purpose. Sample records are not real shipments, carriers, drivers or customers, and acting on them teaches you the screens rather than describing anyone's operation.

4. Using the website

Read the pages, send the forms, and link to what you find useful. Do not try to break the site, probe it for weaknesses, or use the forms to send anything unlawful or unsolicited.

10. Free migration

We migrate you free with any Cargohold build: we review your data with you, agree what moves where, and move it into your new system at no cost. Migration time is agreed at onboarding and comes on top of the build. If your current vendor makes exporting hard, we work with their support or build a workaround.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute about the website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page is the one that applies from the moment it appears. Check this page when you use the site.
