What you own, and where it lives
- The code and the data are yours, and the system runs on your own server, which we set up for you. There are no per-truck, per-dispatch or per-client fees.
- Free migration: we review your data with you, agree what moves where, and move it into your new system at no cost. Migration time is agreed at onboarding and comes on top of the build. If your current vendor makes exporting hard, we work with their support or build a workaround.
- Every report and list exports as CSV, XLSX or PDF.
- API keys with scopes let your own systems read exactly what you allow them to read.
- Webhooks push changes to your systems with a signed delivery and a log you can read.
- Documents are kept in private storage and open only through a short-lived signed link, for a user who is signed in.
- The AI features send the text they work on to the AI model provider set up for your system, which is agreed with you at onboarding.
