3PL billing
3PL billing software built from the work on the floor
Rate cards for storage, handling and value-added work, and billable events that come from the ledger and the tasks.
What it does
- Rate cards for storage per pallet, bin, square or cubic foot, on daily, weekly or monthly periods on an anniversary or calendar basis, plus handling in and out, value-added services, accessorials and minimums.
- Billable events raised automatically from the ledger and the task records, each traceable back to the event that created it.
- Billing runs per client and period with a preview, an approval step, invoices and credit notes.
- Leakage and anomaly detection that looks for work done and never billed.
- Client profitability: revenue against the labor and space cost allocated to that client.
- Space utilization per client in pallet positions and square feet.

- 01Rate card to event
The card holds the price, the work on the floor raises the event, and the event lands on the client's billing detail.
- 02Billing run
The period is previewed charge by charge, approved, and turned into invoices with credit notes where they apply.
- 03Leakage check
Work recorded without a matching charge is listed for review before the run is approved.
Works with the rest of the system
One record moves through every module, so nobody re-types it.

Questions
How is storage billed?
By the unit your card defines: per pallet, bin, square or cubic foot, daily, weekly or monthly, on an anniversary or calendar basis, with a minimum if you set one.
How do we catch work that was never billed?
Charges come from events the work itself raises, each traceable to its source, and the leakage check lists work done with no matching charge before the run is approved.
What happens to our rate cards and billing history?
Free migration: we review your data with you, agree what moves where, and move it into your new system at no cost. Migration time is agreed at onboarding and comes on top of the build. If your current vendor makes exporting hard, we work with their support or build a workaround.
Who owns the system?
You do. The code and the data are yours, and the system runs on your own server, which we set up for you. There are no per-truck, per-dispatch or per-client fees.
