CRM and sales
Freight CRM software built around your accounts
Companies, contacts, opportunities and an account 360 that keeps every shipment, quote and invoice tied to the relationship behind it.
What it does
- One company can be several types at once: customer, carrier, vendor, 3PL client, consignee, shipper or partner, with parent and child links for roll-up reporting.
- Contacts with roles, several emails and phones each, and the communication preference they asked for.
- Facilities per company with address, hours, dock info, an appointment-required flag and a geofence radius.
- An opportunity pipeline as a board and a table, with your own stages, service tags, value and probability.
- Win and loss recorded with a reason code, the competitor and the price, which the analytics read later.
- Calls, emails, meetings and notes on one timeline per account.
- An account 360 page that shows open shipments, RFQs, quotes, invoices, the AR balance, claims, contacts and activity in one place.
- Credit limits and payment terms per customer, enforced at booking: an account over its limit is held and the reason is on screen.
- Customer requirements shown in context while you book: appointment rules, required documents, accessorial rules and SOP notes.
- A follow-up task when an account has had no activity in the days you choose, per pipeline stage.
See the workflows
- 01Pipeline
A lead converts to an account and an opportunity in one click, and value and probability move as it goes through your stages.
- 02Account 360
Open the account and read shipments, quotes, invoices, the balance and the contact timeline without leaving the page.
- 03Credit hold
The customer is past its credit limit, so booking stops with the reason on screen until the terms are met.
Works with the rest of the system
One record moves through every module, so nobody re-types it.

Questions
Can one company be both a customer and a carrier?
Yes. A company carries as many types as apply, and the account view reads them all without duplicating the record.
What happens when a customer goes past its credit limit?
Booking is held with the reason shown on the shipment, so the desk sees the terms and the balance before anything moves.
What happens to the accounts we keep today?
Free migration: we review your data with you, agree what moves where, and move it into your new system at no cost. Migration time is agreed at onboarding and comes on top of the build. If your current vendor makes exporting hard, we work with their support or build a workaround.
Who owns the system?
You do. The code and the data are yours, and the system runs on your own server, which we set up for you. There are no per-truck, per-dispatch or per-client fees.
